The continued Registration of the Equipment, existence of your Account, and/or Access to the
Data is/are expressly conditioned on your acknowledgement of and agreement to the above
paragraph. If you do not agree to the above paragraph, do not Register the Equipment, create
an Account, or Access the Data.

By Registering the Equipment, creating an Account, and/or Accessing the Data, you acknowledge
that, in connection with the Purpose, Micro Matic may disclose the Contact Information you
provide to us to third parties as set forth in the Section 5 above. These third parties may use your
Contact Information for their own purposes, including for adverting and marketing purposes. By
Registering the Equipment, creating an Account, and/or Accessing the Data, you consent to
receiving phone calls, text messages, emails, and/or other communications from these third
parties using any Contact Information you provide to us. By providing the Data and/or Contact
Information to a third party, Micro Matic is not endorsing or recommending the third party, its
products, or its services, nor is Micro Matic expressing any representation, warranty, or opinion
about said third party, its products, or its services. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT
MICRO MATIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTY9S COMMUNICATIONS, PRODUCTS,
OR SERVICES.
