After we receive the Contact Information during the Smart Draft# Account creation, we will
contact you using the email address and/or phone number (via SMS) that you provided. The email
and/or SMS message will include a link to set up an account with the Beverage Portal. By
Registering and/or creating an Account with Smart Draft#, (including the Beverage Portal) you
consent to receive this email and/or SMS message from us. Further, by Registering and/or
creating an Account, you consent to receive emails and/or SMS messages from us regarding
your Account, if you choose to create one. You have the right to opt-out of receiving nonessential emails and SMS messages from us.
Having an Account will allow you to use Smart Draft# and/or the Beverage Portal to view and
receive notifications regarding the Equipment. We will have access to any information provided
when setting up an Account, as well as access to the IP address of the internet connection to
which the Equipment is associated; such information will be considered
