the Equipment, collect and process Data (defined below in Section 3) concerning the
Equipment and your use of the Equipment, associate such Data with the Contact Information
(defined below) you provide to us, and use the Data and the Contact Information for the
purposes described in this Agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully before Registering the Equipment, creating an Account, or
Accessing the Data. By Registering, creating an Account, or Accessing the Data, either as Owner,
User, or Installer, you accept and agree to be bound and to abide by this Agreement. If you do
not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not create an Account, Access the Data, or Register
the Equipment with Smart Draft# or such other processing tools used in conjunction with ongoing monitoring of the Equipment.
