other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever
under or by reason of this Agreement.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and any exhibits attached thereto, as well as the Pro-Line# Installation and User
Manual, shall constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Micro Matic regarding
the subject matter of this Agreement and, unless explicitly stated herein, supersede all prior and
contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written
and oral, regarding the Equipment, your Account, Smart Draft#, or the Beverage Portal.
