Over 50 years ago, in 1974, C.C. Nielsen and Svend-Aage Nielsen acquired Micro Matic with a clear vision: to
grow the company into the world market leader in draft beer dispensing equipment. They succeeded.
Today, Micro Matic is the global leader in the supply of keg couplers, keg spears, dispensing equipment and
systems to the beverage industry.
Founded in 1953, Micro Matic is celebrating its 72th anniversary this year. Throughout the decades, Micro Matic
has steadfastly preserved the same values centered around quality, innovation, and the ambition to be the best
in the industry. These principles remain as vital today as they were in our earliest years. The recent acquisition of
Disptek Group stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to delivering the best for our customers.

a distinct sector, beverage dispensing, we’ve been able to allocate all our resources toward perfecting our core
products. Our Research and Development (R&D) team, along with our industrial designers and product specialists,
