ANNUAL
WORK CYCLE
The annual work cycle of the environmental department warrants continuous progress on Micro Matic’s ability to
report on our footprint and, in turn, deliver on reduction targets.
We check progress against Company-wide initiatives and local action plans during Action Plan Reviews involving
our senior leadership team twice a year. We do this by involving local country ambassadors continuously, resolving
impediments, and ensuring access to and improvement of our data and initiatives over time. Once a year, we report
on progress, which includes updated carbon footprint estimates and progress delivered towards Company-wide
initiatives.
We are constantly getting wiser and look at Micro Matic’s sustainability journey as one of perpetual improvement.
To smoothen reporting and future calculations, we are working to improve our data maturity across the business
and are looking at optimizing local processes.
