I am pleased to con昀椀rm that, despite rising costs on both materials and parts from sub
suppliers, Micro Matic will be holding price for the 3rd consecutive year on the vast
majority of items in our catalog, and speci昀椀cally on all core items such as couplers,
faucets and regulators.

Our approach to the business has always been consistent. We will never compromise
quality for price. The past few years have seen the emergence of some low-cost
providers for certain items. Many of these suppliers simply source product in Russia,
China or India and rebrand it for sale here in the US. At Micro Matic, we manage the
entire supply chain for the materials that go into our products, right down to con昀椀rming
the source of the rubber used in the O-rings on our couplers. Why? Because it matters
what these things are made of. This is my second message: purchasing a Micro Matic
product provides PEACE OF MIND. You know what you are getting.

My third message relates to INVESTMENT. Investment in people, technology and
a long-term commitment to US-based manufacturing. 2019 saw a 2-million-dollar
investment in upgrading our Quality Inspection processes, to ensure that every part
met our stringent standards. In 2020, we have committed a further 2 million dollars
to improved technology for a new regulator line. The Premium Plus regulator will
be available this summer, and independent testing has con昀椀rmed it outperforms
any regulator in its price category in all aspects, including pressure accuracy, 昀氀ow
and recovery time. The Premium Plus will be sold at the same price as our current
economy regulator line.
In addition to our investments this year and last, we have added 20,000 square feet to
our facility in Brooksville, Florida, underlining our commitment to producing right here
in the USA.
